A decentralized biofuels industry favors a greater number of farmers over a wider area.

OHYB has a scalable, sustainable plan that does not rely on mega-refineries or on a single oilseed crop, such as soybeans and thereby attains maximum control over feedstock and capital. OHYB reaches peak production efficiency through a combination of large-scale port city and metro processing facilities and a network of scalable processors situated in agricultural zones that can be easily supported by local cultivation of oilseed crops.

Ø     OHYB will establish distributed biodiesel producer/partners in local markets supported by oilseed producing agricultural zones throughout the southeastern United States. Each of these partner/ producers will have the potential of becoming self-sufficient in production of selected oilseed crops eliminating the variable concerning feedstock oil supply.

Ø     OHYB will deploy large-scale biodiesel production centers in Metro Atlanta, Georgia, and the port cities of Georgetown South Carolina, and Mobile, Alabama. These facilities will be easily supplied by purchased oil supplies secured from the world market.

OHYB's plan for sustainable production capacity is achieved when OHYB has full control over its feedstock oil supply. The sustainable feedstock strategy begins with the harvest of waste vegetable oil from relationships established with fast food restaurants and food manufacturers; then progresses to imported palm oil to jump start distributed partner/producers and support the prime production facilities; and matures when distributed partners are producing oil feedstock crops; OHYB is producing algae as feedstock; and the OHYB W. Africa jatropha farms are operating.
